Lisa Bonang, C.S.C.S – Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist. is one of the most dedicated and hard working coaches in the industry. New to the strength and conditioning scene, working in the industry for a little less than three years, she has differentiated herself as a growing leader in the field, already working with a wide range of collegiate, national amateur, and pro athletes. A former varsity hockey player, she is now the strength coach for many high performance hockey players including the Kazakhstan National Women’s Team. Looking beyond the “factory” type setting, Lisa’s focus is the athletes long term development. By building a solid ground based foundation, which takes time, these athletes are in game shape once they have completed the program and see long term success. Don’t just let things happen, make things happen! Success in the pool, on the ice, court or field comes from hard work, discipline, and dedication.
